1. Provider and agreement
Health iAge is provided by AI Negotiator Technology Limited, an organization in China (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Apple App Store license
The app is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user license agreement is presented for the app, your license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store Usage Rules. These Terms supplement those Apple terms.
3. Wellness service—not medical care
Health iAge calculates an estimated wellness metric from recent trends in Apple Health data you choose to make available. Health Age, age difference, Age Pace, factor contributions, modeled benchmark, and other content:
- are for general wellness and informational purposes only;
- are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease detection, or prevention;
- are not measures of cellular or biological age;
- do not predict lifespan, mortality, or a guaranteed outcome; and
- must not be used for emergencies, medication, treatment, or other clinical decisions.
For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Contact local emergency services if you believe you have a medical emergency.
4. Estimate limitations
Health Age is a model output, not a measured biological fact. Results depend on the availability, recency, source, and quality of Apple Health data, device behavior, model version, and supported reference ranges. Results may be incomplete, unavailable, stale, or change when source data or the model changes.
The five-level modeled benchmark uses a simulated reference. It is not a percentile, rank, leaderboard, or comparison with real Health iAge users. If biological sex is unavailable, the app uses a pooled sex-neutral reference and does not infer sex.
5. Age-related boundaries
The adult Health Age estimate supports ages 18–79 inclusive. Ages 14–17 may receive limited youth wellness guidance only and do not receive an adult Health Age, age difference, Age Pace, younger/older result, or modeled benchmark. Other unsupported or unknown ages do not receive an adult estimate.
Your ability to consent, authorize data access, or purchase may also depend on applicable law, family settings, and your Apple Account terms.
6. Apple Health, Watch, and sharing
The app requests read-only access to selected Apple Health information. You control permissions through Apple's system interfaces. Incomplete or inaccessible data may prevent an estimate.
If available in your version, Apple Watch and complications display limited derived information. Adding a complication is your choice, and anyone who can see your watch face may see it. If you share a derived summary through Apple's system share sheet, you choose the recipient and destination.
7. Health Age+ subscriptions
Health iAge may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. The purchase screen displays the localized price, billing period, included access, and any Apple-confirmed introductory offer before confirmation.
A seven-day free trial is shown only when Apple reports that the Apple Account is eligible and the offer is available for the selected plan and storefront. Installing the app, completing onboarding, or granting Apple Health access does not start a trial. A trial starts only after you confirm the subscription in Apple's purchase flow.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the localized price and period Apple displays unless cancelled through Apple. You can use Manage Subscription in the app or Apple's settings to manage or cancel. Use Restore Purchases to ask Apple to synchronize an existing entitlement. Deleting app data or the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple's refund process.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the app, Apple services, StoreKit verification, HealthKit permissions, or security controls; misuse another person's data; misrepresent Health Age as a clinical measurement or biological fact; or use the app in a way that violates another person's rights.
9. Intellectual property and external services
The app, software, design, text, graphics, and model presentation are owned by or licensed to AI Negotiator Technology Limited and protected by applicable law. Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch, App Store, HealthKit, and StoreKit are marks or services of Apple Inc. or its affiliates.
The app relies on Apple services whose operation may depend on device compatibility, network access, storefront, account settings, and Apple's terms. We do not control Apple services or destinations you choose through the system share sheet.
10. Availability, termination, and local data
We may update, suspend, or remove features to improve safety, comply with law or platform requirements, or address technical issues. You may stop using the app at any time and delete local app-managed health data. Those actions do not delete source data from Apple Health or cancel an App Store subscription.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that estimates are medically accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Negotiator Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the app, reliance on an estimate, loss of device-local data, or unavailable Apple services.
12. Company jurisdiction and international users
AI Negotiator Technology Limited is established in China. These Terms do not select an exclusive court or dispute forum. Applicable law—including mandatory consumer protections in your country or region of residence—governs your rights, remedies, and any dispute process.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the app, subscriptions, law, or platform requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
